What a great find! I’ve been looking high and low for an alternative to the standard pork sausage to no avail until I’ve discovered Chinese Style Sausage on. I was a bit skeptical at first since the traditional Chinese sausage is usually made with pork, but the taste won me over. Since my first purchase, I have made 5+ more. You can pretty much add this to any dish or simply enjoy this with white rice

Chinese Style Sausage ‘s sweet, it’s salty, there’s a good bit of fat (flavor), there are spices uncommon to many of us, and I find it totally addictive. Unlike many sausages, Chinese Style Sausage is used more as an ingredient than something you just eat alone, though I do that as well sometimes. Added to fried rice, steamed buns, stir-fries, etc. it adds a flavor and texture that I just can’t resist. I’ve tried many brands in the past, but keep coming back to Chinese Style Sausage.
I love the fact I can buy it on Amazon because there are no places, I can purchase it locally where I am. I’ve purchased it three times from Amazon so far and had no issues whatsoever.
For those worried that you are being shipped a raw meat product unrefrigerated, don’t worry. It’s preserved, and I’ve never seen it refrigerated in stores. It even says refrigerate after opening on the package.
